Capstone Turbines appear to be a huge tech breakthrough as a new power source for hybrid vehicles. The company has been around for at least ten years, producing thousands of these microturbines for power generation. The auto application seems to have all the advantages; clean-burning, multi-fuel capability, high mileage, low maintenance with only one moving part, plus being greener than grass. So why, in the light of all that, is the company in the toilet? Their IPO in 2000 offered stock at $16 per share, and it's now selling at around a dollar, the company has never made a profit, has never paid a dividend, it leases rather than owns its real estate properties, so what's the problem?? With a product like the Capstone Turbine, you'd think they would be the new Microsoft with their stock price going sky-high.

Yes! I want this.

I hate that I waste 1/3 of my life sleeping when I could instead be wasting it playing video games.

I was really reaching for some sort of whiz-bang lead with this one, but my muse, she was silent. Apparently she is not impressed with a date pit that could have been slathered in the spit of our savior.
